What was the main driving force behind your choosing IAS a career?
My father is a Public servant. His motivation madeto choose IAS as a career.

Where did you lack in your previous attempts?
I failed in expressing properly in mains exam in general studies as well as in interview.
What was your strategy for this attempt?
Taking a very broad view on subjects framing of important points and discussion with friends
What are the three qualities that are most important of three different level of examination process?
Hard work, dedication and frequent reversion.
What were your optional subjects?
Geography and Literature of Kannada language
Do English medium students have an advantage in selection process?
I don’t think so. Civil Services Examination is one where even the regional languages have a level playing field.
What was your plan for handling Essay?
Just I followed with Yojana magazine and Hindu editorials.
What do you want to say the lakhs of student who aspire to be an IAS officer?
Nothing is impossible the word itself contains Impossible.
